Years of work expeirece
It was founded in the memory of Late Dr Deepak Kumar Srivastava, after he met with an accident on his way to Lucknow from Bareilly and lost his life due to lack of any near-by medical facilities available at that time in 2007 on Lucknow-Sitapur Highway. Dr Deepak was a Vaccine and Cold-chain Consultant for Varanasi Zone, with UNICEF, Uttar Pradesh and Family Welfare Department, Uttar Pradesh . He was a social activist and actively volunteered for many socio-promotional and awareness campaigns as well.

The Trust DKSMT independently organized a Road Safety and Health Awareness Program, covering all expenses. We set up camps in rural areas of Sidholi, Sitapur district, to raise awareness among the public. As part of our road safety initiative, we distributed helmets at our own cost along the Lucknow-Sitapur Highway, specifically at Ataria in Sitapur. - FY 2022-2023
The Trust DKSMT organized a Road Safety and Health Awareness Program, fully funded by us. We set up camps in Tikoli Village, Sitapur district, to
inform people about health and road safety. Additionally, we distributed helmets at our own cost along the Lucknow-Sitapur Highway in Itunja,
Lucknow. We also raised awareness about water safety and the prevention of waterborne diseases. - FY 2023-2024
The Trust DKSMT organized a Road Safety, Health, and Environmental Awareness Program, fully funded by us. We set up awareness camps in Manva
Village, Sitapur district, to educate the community on road safety and environmental care. We also distributed helmets and saplings at our own expense
along the Lucknow-Sitapur Highway in BKT, Lucknow.
