Dr. Deepak Kumar Srivastava Memorial Trust (DKSMT) (INDIA) came into being in 2007 founded in the memory of late Dr. Deepak Kumar Srivastava.

Mrs. Asha Srivastava, founder of Dr. Deepak Kumar Srivastava Memorial Trust (DKSMT) (INDIA), as its first President. The Major aim of DKSMT Foundation is to take the initiative step in preparing a replicable model for post-accident measures to be implemented on any highway or road. It focuses on collecting verifiable information and data on Road Safety & Emergency Care across Highways. Based on original research data, the Trust proposes major changes in Post-Accident Response.

Around this time, Mr. K.P Srivastava figured prominently in the DKSMT Foundation story as a Secretary. Mr. K.P Srivastava said DKSMT Foundation (DKSMT) is a collaborative foundation whose objective is to educate people about distracted driving on Highways/Road and increasing massive efforts for safeguarding road accidents victims on National Highways by providing health facilities and Ambulance free of cost.
